Mr. Montgomery was born and raised in Boston MA. He earned a Masters degree from Anna Maria College in Criminal Justice. He is a World War II Veteran.  Chris is a Nipmuc Nation representative of the Boston Harbor Islands National Park Advisory Council and he is also a member of the Native American Memorial Committee on Deer Island. Chris is also the Chairperson of the Nipmuc Nation Investigative Committee and the Activities Committee.
