| Mr. Luster was born, raised and has spent most of his life in Rhode Island. After high school, he served four years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft electrician. He then held civilian employment in the same field. Conrad graduated from Jones College in Jacksonville with an Associate Degree in business, he then worked nearly 18 years as the planning technician for Rhode Island's Water Resources Board. Conrad is on the Nipmuc Nation Transportation Committee and has been a Nipmuc Nation Tribal Council member since 1994. |
