I.D. cards issued prior to 2006 are no longer valid.  Listed below are the instructions on how to get your new I.D.  They can be obtained at the tribal office or vial mail.

AT THE TRIBAL OFFICE

MINOR

Tribal I.D.’s are for tribal roll members only.  I.D.’s will be made in the tribal office at Nation meetings.  (See the Calendar of Events for specific times.)

If you wish to obtain an I.D. for a minor child, you must be the legal, custodial parent.  You must bring your picture form of I.D. with you.  The following I.D.’s are acceptable:  driver’s license, military I.D., tribal I.D., or passport.

The minor’s I.D. card will be made while you wait.  Minor cards will not have a picture on them; however, if the child would like to sign his/her own name, he/she will need to accompany you.

If you have any questions, please contact Karen Gentzler at the tribal office.
