The Nipmuc Nation Constitution establishes the  Tribal Branch of Government, which is  administered and governed by the Tribal Council.  The Tribal Council consists of 10 seats held by Citizens of the Nation in Good Standing that are elected by the people in stagered years for terms of office of 4 years.
